Under the warm sunlight of early winter, Ningshing Ubay held its 2024 "Always been Ready Training Camp" for new employees on November 22. The event brought together over 70 new employees from Ningshing Ubay and its subsidiaries to embark on this training journey together.

On the morning of the event, the company organized a special visit for the trainees to the Ubay logistics warehouse. Through on-site observation, attentive listening and thoughtful questioning, the participants gained a basic understanding of the logistics and warehousing supply chain. They also had an in-depth experience of the warehouse's production line workflow. The warehouse guide patiently and thoroughly answered the questions raised by the trainees.

Next, the group visited the Ningshing Holdings Development and Party Building Culture Exhibition Hall. During the tour, the new employees learned about the history and evolution of the parent company, Ningshing Holdings, its remarkable achievements, and its future development plans. This filled them with a deep sense of pride.

Yuan Jiayi from the Human Resources Center of Ningshing Ubay gave a comprehensive presentation on the company's development history, business segments, corporate culture, and more. This systematic introduction allowed the new team members to gain a more thorough understanding of "Big Ubay" and its operations.

Zhou Wei from the Business Center of Ningshing Ubay led the group on a business journey across different countries, covering brands from South Korea, Japan, New Zealand, and the United States. Using a combination of videos and images, she vividly showcased the unique characteristics of each brand, allowing the new employees to feel as if they were right there and experience the powerful influence of the company's brands!

The training site also added a group interactive quiz session, where everyone immersed themselves and enthusiastically answered questions for the honor of the group, with constant laughter and joy, bringing them closer to each other.

During the training, Deputy General Manager Cao Xudong delivered a speech on behalf of the company and the General Manager. In his speech, Mr. Cao expressed his hope that each new employee would adapt to and empower the company, and that everyone could grow and develop together with Ubay. Finally, HR and Administration Director Yu Yan had a brief discussion with the new employees on career planning and personal growth.

With the successful completion of the training, we look forward to seeing the new employees bring even greater enthusiasm and determination to their respective positions.
